After updating my EasyPanel to V16, Traefik's RAM consumption
increased considerably, to the point of consuming all of the server's
available RAM.
And we didn't have this problem in version 15.
Can you help me with this?

Upgrade to 2.17 and it should go away. This was caused by a memory leak in Traefik. In 2.17 we removed the configuration that was causing it. Should be back to normal.
